Our prime Diced Round Steak is tender and full of flavour. It is excellent for adding to stews, casseroles or slow cooking. 

Our Round Steak is sourced from Bord Bia approved local Irish farms and is 100% grass-fed which ensures it is high in Omega 3 and full of vitamins.

Diced Round Steak has a full bodied, rich beefy flavour.

To fry heat the oil in the pan for about 3 minutes, or until medium-hot.
Add the Diced Round Steak and cook for about 8 minutes. Sautee the cubes by stirring them as they cook, or sear them by letting them cook for about 4 minutes on each side.

Season the meat just before cooking with sea salt and your favourite herbs.
